Brabant Waste Team (BAT) collects and processes waste in and around Tilburg, the Netherlands. More than 80,000 households, businesses, institutions, schools and restaurants rely on their work for a clean and healthy environment.

To increase the company’s efficiency, Frisomat designed, produced, delivered and assembled a large garbage processing hall, with a duo-pitch roof of 10°. It is used to process, store and recycle paper, plastics and metal. Due to a large opening in the front of the metal recycling hall, trucks and equipment is able to move in and out rapidly.

Besides improving efficiency in the work process the new Frisomat metal recycling hall contributed significantly to better working conditions, by means of a simple but efficient ventilation system.
